I felt the interview process was fair, it did feel like the business was poorly organized- but the interviewer & everyone I met while interviewing was pleasant. Although I didn't get the position, it was an okay experience all in all.

Interview
The interview was very straightforward. However, when asked some questions about the position, kept employing scare tactics, saying several times "the job isn't for you if you don't like X". It felt very inappropriate.
