Horrible candidate experience; Spending hours of multiple rounds of interviewing with about 15 people in total and then get ghosted. The amount of controversy ( check their law suits), politics and internal conflicts of interest is noticeable. This university and especially their recruiting process is served to be more progressive and candidate friendly instead of focusing on titles and power dynamics, while paying below market salaries.
