One interview, at head quarters, in Berkeley, CA, with Sales Manager and Owner. They were both very easy to talk to, and friendly. Very comfortable speaking with them, in a casual environment. Pretty standard, easy interview questions. Since I was in sales, they asked "Have you worked in a metrics environment before?"

Met with HR before being invited to in person interview. Waited about 2 weeks before hearing back. Semi casual environment during the interview. They do a really great job at walking you through the position.

Question 1
What’s one thing that scares you about this position?
I met the Sales manager for in-person interview. We spoke in office. Then she showed me around the building and around the manufacturing to see the build process or their products.
Called right away for a preliminary phone interview, which seemed to go well. Was then told that they would follow up the next week to set up an in-person interview. After a couple weeks, reached out to find out if they were still wanting to set something up. They said yes, but were busy and would get back to me the next week. They never reached out again to set up the second interview.
