I had two face to face interviews with owner. Second interview I met with CEO, I was then made an offer. I accepted. The interview process was not difficult.

Interview
I sent in resume applying for the position posted. A few day later got a call from the hiring manager and set up an interview. I went to my appointment and the hiring manager was late and the store manager had no clue I had an interview. As I waited I talked to other employees and got enough info to let me know I should not work here.
But I stayed till I had my meeting. In the end she offered me a position but at significantly less than advertised.
