Multiple competency-focused telephone interviews - followed by submitting a "7 min personality test video". Then it went quiet and I had to chase rejection. I wonder what they do with all the videos.

In depth-- everyone was friendly. Definitely come prepared and be sure to ask for feedback at the end of your interview. Dress professional and be ready to answer questions. Calibrate was a professional company and conducted a professional interview.
