I applied online (resume and cover letter) and then waited aproximately 3 weeks until i was contacted by phone to set up a short interview. The phone interview was aroudn 25 minutes with 3 broad questions. Everyone who contacted me was very friendly.

I filled out the volunteer application form on the irganization's website after which I was sent a link to do a short online health and safety course. On completing the course, a certificate was generated for me which I scanned to them. I got an email response some days later providing information about my volunteer ID and available volunteering positions
