The initial interviewees were very professional and asked all the right questions, which in this case were rather complex as it relates to specific situational details in prior roles. As the interview process carried on it was pretty clear that a bond was being formed and that save a major screw up on my part, the job was mine. So good news bad news. Good news is that I was offered the position. The base news is that the CEO reneged on our verbal agreement without an explanation and the process stopped right as we were negotiating.
