They asked me for interview through a phone screening, The whole process of interview was less than 10 minutes!!! After interview I found one of the interviewers and asked them about interview and why it was very short. He said I didn't fit in their role. Other than race and ethnicity , there is not anything that they couldn't find out on my resume.
