Relatively simple, took about a week or so to hear back. Manager was friendly and described the position/tasks. I had applied on Indeed, but they make sure that you apply through the company website for an easier time.

They asked about my resume, my goals and interest in working in this position, Just mainly my background.

Interview
They did a brief phone interview and then once that was over if they thought you were a right fit they had you come in for a panel interview. Which was like a group of at least 30 of us in front of 3 HR reps.
