I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Cabela's (Rogers, AR) in Mar 2016
Interview
The initial interview was mostly behavioral based questions, I.e., tell me about a time you blah, blah, blah. This was interspaced with questions regarding your qualifications in regards to the specific requirements of the job. A brief rundown on the actual hours you would be working and the duties of the position were also given during the interview.

Interview
I applied online and was called in for an interview. I sat down in a room off of the break room. My interviewer was the manager of the department I was interviewing for. He was very nice, and welcoming, non-intimidating, as well as professional. The interviewer was slightly late, but only by about 15 minutes

Filled out an application online for a seasonal position and was called about 2 weeks later for an interview. Interview was done on a Saturday and was brief. Benefits and pay were discussed with a promise that I would be contacted the next day when hiring decisions were made. Although the meeting went well, I was never contacted.
