Applied online and got a response in about a week.
Arrived for interview and waited around for around half an hour for interviewer
Interview consisted of basic questions

I applied in-person. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Cabela's in Sep 2016
Interview
I went in and asked if they had received my resume two days after I applied. They gave me a quick informal interview on the spot then had me come back the next day for the formal one with two different managers

Interview
Applied online, had a brief phone interview a couple days later. A few days after that called in to interview with the managers. Very laid back interview. Was told I would be contacted either way. Was also asked if not selected for full time if I would consider part time.
