CVX Ventures interview questions

Met with the CEO who explained the business, pretty fluid conversation and seamless process. Asked a few consultancy questions, but generally was happy to talk through and get to an answer together

Asked to do an online test - very lengthy- with personality questions. Sent a confirmation email. 1 week later the recruiter asked if I had done the test and was quite pushy for me to do it rapidly while I already shared the confirmation email... Automated rejection email 3/4 weeks later Looks like a scan to get people to do the online test
