After second round and told me I passed , the next day they cancelled the next interview. Interviewer was nice, but the coordination were bad. They usually interview plenty of candidates, if there are ones before you passed the final round then you are done. But for individual who prepared for the interview so seriously ,it’s hard to be cut because of that.

One interviewer just did not show up, and the recruiters did not know what happened as well. After a few days I was told they already decided to give someone else the offer. Why do that and still give me the interview, and then ghost me without any notice or apologies?
