Interview
They ask me to give a brief PPT for 30 mins and then asked some questions related to my research. Overall interview went well. They give me an offer but i decline due to low salary
interview was short and efficient which I really liked. I didn't feel any burden, it was so smooth process. Several interviewees participated and presented one by one then interviewed. Mostly asked about research interests and expertise and future research plan.

Interview
They ask you a series about yourself and your experience in teaching. Also, they tell you what they expect from you as an English Teacher. In addition, the interview is via Skype.
