Thank you for taking the time to write this review. I want to sincerely apologise for the experience you described; leaving a candidate in the dark after an interview is certainly not the standard of respect and consideration we hold ourselves to at CTI Digital.
From your description, it appears there may have been a breakdown in communication with one of our recruitment agency partners. Typically, when candidates enter our process through an agency, all scheduling and feedback correspondence is managed through them. However, we are disappointed to hear that this loop was broken, as it does not reflect the candidate experience we strive to deliver.
