Relaxed. Just answer a few questions. Go in the interview with a good attitude and you'll be fine. If you have a military background you'll most likely get hired. If you get hired you'll have to take a physical and hair sample drug test. Then go to the REDI center in Atlanta for 6 weeks.

Simple once application is selected. You get contacted to schedule and interview and are assigned a date and time. You get on a call with a manager and they ask you basic questions about your experience relating to the job description.

It was a good interview went over basic past things and told.me what to.expect when I got the job idk what else to.write on this but just a bunch of crap.that I ain't keeping up with so I can get to 30.

Applied online through the CSX website. The interview was a group session as there were multiple positions to be filled. First, there were a few basic tests... basic math, reading comprehension, etc.
After passing those, the remaining applicants moved on to individual interview sessions. There were tow separate sections set up each with 2 company representatives.
