Initial HR screening - Basic questions around compensation requirements, whether sponsorship was required, and suitability re the job description.
Phone Interview - Very friendly, almost fun. Basically talking about the kinds of issues experienced / how these were solved.
Face to Face - 5 separate interviews by 5 individual people. Everyone was really nice, seems like a really nice place to work. It got a bit tiring at times re-introducing myself to the next interviewer, and sometimes I forgot how much context I gave to a particular interviewer (thinking about the context I gave to the previous interviewer).
The entire interview was adhoc, mainly around me and my experience rather than any specific set questions.
