Interview
The interview process had 2 parts: 1) live interview with HR manager and one of the Engineering team leads (both non-technical and technical questions) 2) assignment - a programming task which tested both backend and frontend skills The live interview took place in the Zagreb office and it was about 45 minutes long. I gave the interviewers a short summary about my previous experiences and interests and we went over some questions about my CV. After that, I answered some non technical questions given by the HR manager and technical questions given by the Engineering team lead. After this interview, I got a programming assignment (don't remember the deadline, could be 1 week) which required me to create a small fullstack application.

Three step interview. First one is a meeting where you get to know each other. Second step is technical assignment which usually takes two weeks to finish and final step is technical interview where you must explain how you solve assignment.
