Applied for a role online several months ago via the jobs portal, completed the aptitude test, and that was it. Absolutely no communication or feedback from Crisp to indicate the results of the aptitude test. The test says that 18/20 is the mark, which would imply the answers are already known. I'd have presumed that quite a tech savvy company would understand how to automate the online process. Overall, terrible communication, no response to followup emails requesting feedback.

First of all is a questionnaire based on social media posts that you have to categorise to best match their definitions. If you pass, there is a technical test which were various projects, a unit test example and a written explanation of a provided code snippet. You are given 2.5 hours for the technical test. Given this amount of time you would assume they expect you to follow single responsibility principles and to write easily maintainable, expandable code. However, they are just wanting simple short solutions, so don't spend more than an hour on the entire thing. I'm not sure what this offers them as far as vetting goes as you could Google any of the tests and get the simple solutions they're looking for. There was no opportunity to go through the test and explain your reasoning behind what you've done.
