I had an interview which I thought went well and was told I'd hear back in 3 days. When I didn't hear anything for a week, I sent a follow-up email. Never heard anything again. Waste of time.

Asked if I owned the flat I currently lived in and seemed to try to gage whether I was married or single which felt uncomfortable

Interview
I had an initial 30 minute in person meeting with the Recruitment Manager, followed by another interview with the Head of marketing. I was asked to talk through my experience and was told a bit more about the role and company.
After the interview, I sent a thank you email. I followed up week later but received no reply to either emails. I found it quite unprofessional to ghost a candidate who has taken the time to attend an in person interview.
