The interview process was handled by a consulting company. I had an HR screening, solved a coding task, and was rejected because of my citizenship 🤷♂️
It doesn’t matter that I’ve lived in Sweden for 3 years and had been working in the same field by then. Actually it's a discrimination.

The HR screening included standard questions about where I worked, what I did, and so on.
The coding test was pretty easy.
