I applied online. I interviewed at CP&Y in Oct 2020
Interview
The process took at least a month and I went through 2 interviews, but there's a total of 3. The first was with a marketing director and another higher up. It actually went very well! they were very very nice and I had a great interview. I came prepared and was able to answer all of their questions thoroughly. It lasted about an hour but was like a conversation about my background and CP&Y! The second interview was with their marketing team and supervisor. It was a total of 5 women interviewing me and it was a bit nerve-wracking. They wanted to see if I would mesh well with the team and this interview actually went very well too. It lasted about 30 mins and was more behavioral question based. I had high hopes. I waited another week, and then got an email from the HR professional I had been in contact with saying that they had moved the position to the beginning of the year. I now see they are hiring for a marketing coordinator position, which is above the administrator, so the entire month and time that I devoted to this was a waste. It actually hurt my feelings a bit because I was having such a great process and time talking to them! CP&Y is a great company, but the way that this process ended could've been better.

Interview
The process was fairly straightforward. Less of a focus on technical skills and more of a focus on finding a right fit for the culture of the company. There were 3 total interviews.
