Fairly straightforward, students are put into breakout rooms (around 3-5 kids in each) with one instructor. Then, each of the students is asked 3-4 Interview questions which are fairly simple. A key thing they focus on is leadership experience and experience in a group enviornment, as a hospital enviornment is based on teamwork.

It was a group zoom interview, they asked pretty straightforward questions. The whole process was easy and just be prepared to answer basic questions such as “what would you do in this situation”
