Low pressure, typical Sales interview. Treat the interview like a sales meeting. I got a call from a recruiter who asked if I was interested. After saying yes he did a quick phone screening with me then set up a meeting with the VP for the district. Sat down in a 1-1 meeting for about a half hour. Was offered the job the next day.
