Interview
initial interview is with HR. Its very vauge, basic questions. Extremely easy. Next, they send your resume and inital interview to the manager of the department you are applying for. The manager of the program will call you to set up and interview. It took the manager a week to contact me and then another 2 days to offer me the position.
