      VP of Clinical Operations Interview

      Nov 18, 2020
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Orlando, FL
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at CNS Healthcare (Orlando, FL) in Nov 2020

      Interview

Sat in the same waiting room as where the clinical patients did for over a half-hour, which was unsettling. The interviewer was 15 minutes late. When I sat down with her, she hadn't seen my resume and clearly wasn't interested in my application, this lasted all of 5 minutes. She then collected two associates and had them walk with me to the lunchroom to speak about the role, in which they were unprepared and awkward quite frankly, this lasted less than 10 minutes. I went back to Dr. Brown and she had asked me what I had learned? Then she said she would discuss my candidacy with a few colleagues and get back to me in a few days. I never heard back from her nor the recruiter that sent me there. Waste of time and energy on both sides, but I expected a stronger level of professionalism from this company. They didn't ask me any real interview questions and treated the whole interview as an unexpected side task of the day.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

They did not ask any, except "what did you learn?"...like, what kind of question is this?
