      Accounting Rotational Business Associate Interview

      Dec 9, 2015
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CNA

      Interview

Had to fill out a one-page form before the interview. Actual interview was short, and just some basic questions about me. The guy who interviewed me stopped asking me questions because he said I seemed to be getting too uncomfortable - I was not. When I asked him to describe the job I would be doing, he gave me a speech about the company.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at CNA in Feb 2016

      Interview

The interview process was very good! Everyone that I met with was very personable and easy to talk to. They really wanted to get to know me and learn about my experiences. There was never a dry moment and we kept the conversation going. It seemed intimidating at first meeting with 4 people and being there for a long period of time, but it went by very quickly.

      Question 1

Have you ever been in a situation when a team member did not pull their weight in the group project? If so, how did you handle it.
