CMS Distribution interview questions

Great interview process. Met with multiple stakeholders over 4 interviews. Each stage had a clear and professional brief, and I was afforded plenty of time with executive team. CMS used a combination of experience, skill, character based assesments and openly shared feedback verbally and in writing. Questions asked were searching, thought provoking and the team were engaged and clearly listening activily. Super process.

The interview process began with a telephone screening call with the recruitment team, followed by an in-person interview with the key stakeholders, then, an in-person presentation with key stakeholders describing how I would approach a specific type of campaign
