Small private owned company. Good company, personable staff. Standard benefits and competitive pay package. Three part interview process. All were engaged and thoughtful in their questions and my responses. Great follow up on questions throughout the interview period.

Interview
The process is very long. You will meet with several different people in several different departments. They are very thorough but it was a great experience. I got to meet several different types of people in the facility and learn about their jobs. I was also given a tour of the facility and explained the process in each department.
