Unfortunately the company’s reviews and interview process are in line. To start with, the people who were supposed to interview me were not all present and you end up being interviewed by someone you didn’t even know was going to be in the call. Second, it is not clear what to expect from the first interview, meaning whether it is going to be a behavioral or a case type of interview. Lastly, the interview just didn’t feel right as one of the interviewers was making funny faces while I was answering questions to signal that I was giving a “stupid” answer. This just doesn’t send a positive signal to the candidate. Furthermore, the case study is not adapted to a graduate type of interview. Bonus point: they want you to answer their questions and when you ask them some they either avoid answering or say your question is too general.
