I applied the job online ,and got an inquire call in a week about my background and basic information. In another week i got the call to ensure i can have an interview on the fixed date.During the interview, there are a hr and a manager.

Professional, friendly interview. Not too formal. The result comes after a couple of weeks. 2 rounds of interviews and very quick interviews, not too long. After on board, it takes also a while before you pass the probation.
