The technical exercise contain the part below. The whole process is assessed in a pair format for 30 mins solving a problem, and a group discussion regarding another problem for another 30 mins.

Using only a multi-meter, identify short circuit fault, open circuit fault, and ground fault for a very long power cable. (You can only perform test on one side of the cable terminals at a time )
