It Took Three Month for personal interview after telephonic interview, The interview taken by functional head,cross function leaders followed by plant head, HR round,compensation and benefits, Terms and condition

It was totally on resume based process. I approached through a college, so the interview process went easy for me. But they din't gave PPO after the internship. Only HR interview was there followed by a presentation of company.
