HR and 2 managers , 3 interviewers. Around 30 mins question , would deep dive how deep do I know the side business of CLP (like volunteer) . No written test , in person interview.
Super lengthy process for a 1-year contract role. The hiring team doesn't seem to be agile enough to switch up the interview process in relation to what they can offer. You literally have to jump through hurdles to get a temporary position: an interview process which took over a month for a short term role seems to be a bit unreasonable.
