The lady did not even let me speak. I felt like I was sitting in a lecture hall while she read off her papers to explain the policies and procedures. Not to mention, racist comments that were passed on by her.
I was called for a pre-screening interview over the phone. Then I was given a day and time to come in for group interviews. It was a panel interview and also individual interview afterwards

Interview
First was Intro questions, which involved some sales and math questions. They gave a thorough description of job, allowed me to ask follow up questions. After that, they asked questions about my experience. Finally they ended with giving me a tour of their facility.
