Interview
I interviewed for a program coordinator position in 2011. I had two brief interviews and was hired within a month. Starting pay was 30,000 as a SALARIED position. The person who hired me had very little idea what she wanted me to do and provided very little guidance at first. I was directed to a network location with data files and told to create a report. Within a month of being hired I was put in front of the client and admonished by both my manager and the client for the quality of work.

Phone call with HR recruiter after applying , then virtual interview with hiring manager and team leader, then expect a second virtual interview with team members. During the interview with hiring manager, you are asked questions such as, what is your favorite movie or book and why? It seemed more personality based.

Applied online- Interviewed with two recruiters and then manager. Positive experience. The background check took the longest to complete. The interview was average difficulty. I took an excel skill test after the interview was concluded.
