CLB Restaurants interview questions

I was called to the restaurant and had a meeting with that restaurants manager. We sat in a booth and talked about the job I was applying for and my past experience. The manager was friendly and upbeat, the only mar was that day one of the corporate managers was around. He did not talk to me but I saw him amply criticizing employees yet refusing to help clear a table, refill any drinks or run checks for struggling staff members.
