Phone Interview, followed by test and essay, then an interview with the line manager. It was pleasant and people were very relaxed but emphasized that hard work was important and seems to be core tenet at CIMB.

I was asked to meet the head of the department. They asked some personal questions, nothing very challenging. It was quite challenging as well to get the head to be free for an interview since they are always out for meeting with the external clients.
