Interview
Originally, I applied for a position in the McLean branch. I did a phone screening as well as face to face interview with a director and a manager. I enjoyed speaking with them regarding my experience as well as learning about their company. After the face to face interview, I immediately got a call saying I might be better fit at their DC branch.
When I had an interview at their DC branch, it was wonderful. I received an offer from them.
My advice is be yourself, share your previous working experience, and be prepared to answer any scenario questions. The people I talked to on the phone and in-person are very friendly.

Interview
It was actually great. I spoke with one young lady who asked me a series of questions, and also answered my questions. I believe this was done to see if I was a match for the position. After the screening, I was very convinced it was a good fit. A few days later, I then had an interview with Devon who made the interviewing process comfortable. She was easy to communicate with and answered all of my questions thoroughly. Overall, it was the best interview experience I have ever had.

Received an email letting me know I was chosen for the interview. Followed by a phone interview with the General Manager, then an in person interview, finishing with a meeting the team to ensure you were a good fit.
