I applied online. I interviewed at CHRISTUS Health (Tyler, TX) in May 2020
Interview
It was a telephone conversation with the general hiring manager. They asked general questions about the kind of leadership I work best under as well as how I learn best. They also asked what my five year plan is and where I see myself in five years. They were very nice and welcoming. I asked a few questions back pertaining to the most common types of leadership styles that they see in their charge nurses.
I think it was a very straightforward interview. I Answered questions about my background and I asked them questions about the department. It was low stress and personable. The people were very down to earth.
