I applied in-person. I interviewed at CHRISTUS Health (Paris, TX) in Sep 2010
Interview
It takes about a month to get an application completed before you can go to work. It seems they have a lot of back log, questions asked are to general and mostly not specific to the job you are applying for, peer interviews are a waste of time, in a small town, everyone knows everyone. It is too clannish.
