Interview
The interview process was very unorganized. I had to interview 9 people in two hours. First hour with two folks for an hour and then half hour with another two, lastly with five folks together for half hour. With short time and so many people there were no in-depth conversation. I did not feel the process was very effective. Additionally, the interview was in a glass room with lot of interruptions by people talking, walking by! It was a chaos!
It is funny that they took almost six month to make decision!

Several rounds of interviews. There's a recruitment officer to help you along the way, and they were extremely knowledgeable and responsive. It was easy to submit for a position, just take a minute for a response in return.
Very structured and well executed. Interviewers were prepped and professional. I was left with detailed next steps and plenty of information on the process and what rio expect going forward.

Misleading, Recruiter seemed very enthusiastic after initial interview and committed to moving forward with interview request with Hiring Manager(s) within a week's time. 1 week later I sent a courtesy email on status of scheduling and to follow-up, sent me a generic rejection response 2-3 hours later. Not very personable whatsoever and did not strike me as having genuine intent.
