Inteview process is the easiest I have ever been through. I can lie lie lie and they be like your the one because the Managerment has no knowledge or experience in the hiring process. You would usually go through 2 interview with the same personel.

Made you feel comfortable not so formal. Straight to the point. Gave a tour of the building. Interview was quick and easy with the GM of the warehouse. It was also om time to start.

Got an interview date and time pretty quick, the whole process wasn’t too long. The interview itself wasn’t long either. Response was a lot worse it took them two weeks to get back to me.

Interview
I was scouted through my LinkedIn account and schedule phone interview with the HR as a screening. I had a second interview with the Assistant General Manager for the position which went very well but they only thing was that it will be available in the next two months . HR rep called me about two month later if I was interested, and I was and presented an offer letter; it was 8% higher that what my highest ask was.
