HR reached out to me on LinkedIn saying that she/he liked my skills and experience but then when she/he found out I am not US citizen she/he immediately stopped the interview process. I explained her/him that I dont need sponsorship but she/he didn’t want to listen or do more research about the visa type I needed. I totally consider that rude and somewhat racist. I am glad I didn’t get a position in this company because that tells you the quality of people you have to deal with

Series of phone interviews with the Human Resources department which resulted in CESO informing me they are looking for more experience which was acceptable to me. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Entails first pass screening with HR, two interviews (one likely virtual with multiple offices, one in-person), then an offer. Conversation based. They didn’t look at my portfolio-only resume and my network.
