2 hour video call interview- 1h30 skill reviews and 20 course simulation- barely got a word in , the interviewer bragged about her toxic traits and interview was reluctant to play trainee despite requesting a course simulation 15 hr non-paid training with 5-7 hours compulsory of homework is also part of the recruitment process where they teach you a bogus methodology which won't work with everyone- the training will be during peak hours 6-8pm
