The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CDRator (Copenhagen, Capital Region)
Interview
After sending the CV and an initial screening by phone I got invited to an interview face-to-face in Copenhagen (costs by myself) but they said that normally there was a low probability of not making me an offer. I arrived there on time, they asked me to do a numerical/personality test (30 minutes). After the test, a meeting with the "team leader" where frugal things were talked and not even one technical question was asked.
After 1 day they just thanked me by mail for my interest but they were not interested.
Is this a normal recruitment process?
Are these serious people that waste their time and yours with useless RH processes?
I've spent my money and time for a useless company.
Think twice when you bet in this company.
I applied online. I interviewed at CDRator (Ballerup) in Apr 2014
Interview
First interview was over Skype, then they offered to come to Denmark and get to the next patrt of the interview. Personality test could be done online, from home. General technical test, logical and IQ test were held in Denmark (by technical meaning: SQL and general undestanding of the solution).
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
SQL problem to fetch information on an example DB tables.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at CDRator in Mar 2014
Interview
Easy technical interview, about java core inheritance, overload and override methods and their output. But Personal test and Logical test include lots of question in limited time, about 220 personal test questions in 30 minutes and 80 IQ test in 30 minutes, which was really tight in time.
