CDRator interview questions

After sending the CV and an initial screening by phone I got invited to an interview face-to-face in Copenhagen (costs by myself) but they said that normally there was a low probability of not making me an offer. I arrived there on time, they asked me to do a numerical/personality test (30 minutes). After the test, a meeting with the "team leader" where frugal things were talked and not even one technical question was asked. After 1 day they just thanked me by mail for my interest but they were not interested. Is this a normal recruitment process? Are these serious people that waste their time and yours with useless RH processes? I've spent my money and time for a useless company. Think twice when you bet in this company.
