Done over the phone as I was in another state. Done in two sections as one employee was traveling that week. Very informal and conversation-like. No drilling with questions, just asking about background and what individual goals are.

It was the initial HR round. The interviewer was friendly and it went well but didn’t receive any response or reasoning behind not being taken ahead. The process was prompt though. I will reapply to the company sometime.
First contacted by a recruiter, then met with the team. One hour of multiple people popping in an out. Generic interview questions were asked. I was notified I did not get the position.

Went through five rounds of interviews and received positive feedback at each stage, but I decided not to continue after they switched the position to a more junior level than was discussed.
