I received a phone call from a scout first who let me know about the interview and set up a time. I was supposed to do a phone interview followed by a zoom interview, but I was offered the position after the phone interview.

First you will get an email from a person in the hiring department. You will reply to that email with best times and dates you are available to have an interview. Personal laptop connected to internet router via ethernet cable. Takes about 30 minutes (more or less, depending on any questions asked).
