Applied online, was called for a phone interview, which covered basic details about my experience and skills and reason for looking for something new.
Was called in for a panel interview where i answered development questions and white boarded performance problems in front of the panel...
they were mostly looking to see that i could fit Microsoft Business Intelligence package into the design...
after that was brought in for a test of my development skills... this was 3 simply tests of fairly simply JavaScript, jQuery, XML and Ajax stuff.
at the end i was told that i was the only candidate of the three who got to that level who completed all three test completely with in the time allowed.
was allowed to google anything as needed...
