Initial Phone Screen with a recruiter. Told I would be pushed up to the next level of the interview process. didn’t hear back until 3 months later with an email saying they were no longer hiring for the position.
Career website is confusing -no central HR body with process knowledge. If you have experience and get a call back, there is a high probability that you get hired. There is no follow up or feedback if you don't get hired.

What is your prior experience w data entry? Are you comfortable with Microsoft Suite? Do yo have a home office set up? Which languages do you speak fluently - English and Spanish being the most sought after.
Very simple, 15-20 minute phone interview. Was contacted for the interview via email, and I was told a day after the interview that there were no available positions but they would contact me if any come up
